TPANC Public Policy

The Twin Ports Area Nonprofits Coalition enlists nonprofit leaders to help our public policy agenda by serving on our Public Policy Committee.  This Committee organizes local nonprofits around issues pertinent to the nonprofit sector in the area.  Working closely with the MCN office, the Committee monitors municipal, county and state policymakers and legislators.  Nonprofits can get more information on these issues by visiting MCN public policy and Minnesota Budget Project web sites.

Advocacy training is a key component of TPANC's public policy effort.  Each year MCN offers a variety of training opportunities to strengthen nonprofit's ability to engage in public policy.  Visit the Events page to find out the latest.
