Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped from our St. Paul
office via the U.S. Postal Service. Most orders are shipped within
five days of receipt depending on product availability. Transit
time typically is an additional 2–6 business days depending upon
delivery location. For each order placed, a shipping and handling
fee of $5.00 will be charged, regardless of the number of books
in the order.
Return Policy
MCN offers a “No Risk Guarantee." If any of our publications
does not fulfill our promise to you, we will make the situation
right or refund your money. Buyers may return books at their own
cost within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase
price. The returned books must be received in resalable condition.
To return a book, please enclose a note indicating the reason for
return and ship the note and book via a traceable method to: Minnesota
Council of Nonprofits, Attn: Book Returns, 2314 University Ave.

Sales Tax Policy
The Minnesota Council of Nonprofits is required to collect sales
tax from all purchasers on all taxable products unless the purchase
is made on behalf of a nonprofit organization that has received
a sales tax exemption from the Minnesota Department of Revenue.
According to Minnesota law, in order to exempt a purchase from the
state sales tax, MCN must have a completed “Certificate of
Exemption” (otherwise known as Minnesota Department of Revenue
Form ST3) on file for the purchasing organization. If your organization
has received a sales tax exemption from the Minnesota Department
of Revenue, please print a downloadable Form
ST3 and return a completed and signed copy to the Minnesota
Council of Nonprofits by fax (651-642-1517) or by mail (2314 University
Ave W, St. Paul, MN 55114). Once this form is received, the organization’s
sales tax exemption will be honored on all future purchases.
