Is there parking available?
Paid parking is available at the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis and area parking ramps. The facility also close to several public transit options.


Are there scholarships available?
MCN, MAP for Nonprofits, and our sponsors are proud to bring you options for helping fund the cost of attendance.

MCN/MAP for Nonprofits Scholarships: Smaller nonprofits can take advantage of a limited number of full and partial scholarships. Nonprofits with operating budgets under $400,000 or to individuals where appropriate are eligible to apply. To take advantage of this scholarship, please complete the downloadable registration form and submit it with a brief letter that addresses why your organization needs a scholarship and how attending the workshop would benefit your and/or your organization.

ADC Foundation Scholarships: Immigrant and refugee-led nonprofits are eligible to receive a special scholarship to attend this conference. This scholarship covers 90 percent of your registration fees. To take advantage of this scholarship, you must register via mail or fax with the downloadable registration form, including payment for your portion of the fee. Please indicate on the form that you are applying for the ADC scholarship.

Will I get a confirmation of my registration?
Once your registration has been faxed, mailed, or submitted online, you are registered for the conference. Confirmation notices will be sent via e-mail when your registration is entered into MCN’s registration system. If you would like to ensure that your registration has been received, view the list of who’s attending or contact MCN at 651-642-1904 or 800-289-1904.

Can I cancel my registration?
Registrants who are unable to attend the conference may substitute someone to attend in their place; please submit the change via email to MCN’s registrar, Michaela Charleson, at michaela@mncn.org. Cancellations received prior to Wednesday, March 10, 2010, will receive a refund minus a $35 processing fee. No refunds are available after March 10, 2010.

How can I arrange special accommodations?
For special accommodations, including sign language interpreters or meal options, please indicate such on your registration form or contact MCN at 651-642-1904 or 800-289-1904 by March 10, 2010, to assure availability.
