Nonprofit Career Development

MCN's Nonprofit Career Development work promotes the nonprofit workforce as a highly desirable career opportunity and supports nonprofit efforts to recruit and sustain highly motivated leaders. MCN compiles the Minnesota Nonprofit Salary and Benefits Survey, maintains a heavily trafficked online Job Board, publishes the Nonprofit Jobseekers Guide, documents employment and compensation trends in the nonprofit sector and provides information at college and university and other job fairs.
