What is the 2008 Leadership Conference theme?

The 2008 Leadership Conference theme is The Future of Leadership.

You know that the role of nonprofit organizations in communities is different from business and government. It naturally follows that the exercise of leadership, decision-making and participation is different as well. Effective nonprofit leadership engages the energy, creativity, talent and passion of people to join together in common work to achieve public good.

As society changes and grows, nonprofit leadership too must evolve. By attending this conference, you will participate in a groundbreaking exploration of the principals of nonprofit leadership, the role of leaders in organizations, and of the ways that nonprofit leadership strengthens organizations and communities.

This conference is designed for nonprofit leaders who are interested in authentic leadership and unexplored leadership possibilities.
