Eligibility/Criteria

Applicants must be currently working in a nonprofit organization in Minnesota.

A nonprofit leader is:

• Someone who is intregal in thinking strategically and guiding the work of their organization to accomplish meeting the mission and serving the needs of the community, key constituents and stakeholders.
• Someone who knows and understands the pulse of the community and is a key partner in developing and nurturing those relationships.

Applicants may be currently working as a:

• Executive Director
• Social Worker
• Facilities Manager
• Program Director
• Finance Manager
• Community Organizers
• Grantwriter
• Employment Services Manager
• Information Systems Director
• Communications Professional
• and many more.

If you are guiding the work of your organization to fulfill the mission to serve the community, key constituents and stakeholders, then the Nonprofit Leadership Institute is for you. The Nonprofit Leadership Institute is designed to provide the space and structure to support the development of Minnesota's nonprofit leaders.
