Minnesota Nonprofit Salary and Benefits Survey
To establish appropriate salaries and benefits for their staff,
nonprofit leaders need current and reliable comparative information.
To meet this need, the Minnesota Nonprofit Salary and Benefits
Survey is published every two years by the Minnesota Council of
Nonprofits. It includes salary data for the 60 most common nonprofit
job positions and information on medical and dental insurance,
retirement plans, paid time off, life and disability insurance, and
bonuses. The results are presented by 6 budget categories, 7
geographic regions, and 12 nonprofit activity areas for easy
comparison to similar organizations. Easy-to-use charts and tables
report the data using averages, medians, and quartiles - providing
affordable, reliable information for salary and benefits
decision-making.
