HOW
TO REGISTER:
1) Online!
MCN is pleased to accept
online registrations for our events. Online transactions from
our reservation site are secure. You will receive immediate confirmation
of registration via email, which will also serve as a receipt
for the workshop or event.
2) Mail:
Send your completed registration form with applicable payment
to:
Minnesota Council of Nonprofits (MCN)
2314 University Avenue, Suite 20, St. Paul, MN 55114
3) Fax:
Fax your completed registration form with credit card information
(if appropriate) to: 651-642-1517.

PAYMENT
INFORMATION:
Payment for events is due before
or at the time of the event. Payment is required whether
or not the registrant attends the event.

REFUNDS:
There are no refunds for small workshops
(fee of $50 or less). There are refunds, minus a $35 processing
fee, for large workshops and conferences (fee of $51 or more)
if requested in writing and submitted to Shannon McCarville, MCN's
Program Coordinator (shannon@mncn.org) or Stephanie Haddad, MCN's
Program Director (stephanie@mncn.org), at least one
week prior to the event.
If you cannot attend, you may send
someone in your place. In the case of a substitution, please contact
Shannon or Stephanie to let them know who will be attending in
your place.
Your registration fee is non-transferable
to other workshops or publications.

NOT
SURE WHETHER YOU'RE A MEMBER?:
To
find out about your current membership status, or to join or renew
your membership with MCN, contact Ruth Duran Deffley, MCN's membership
and chapter coordinator, at 651-757-3070 or ruth@mncn.org.
Nonmembers who register for MCN events will automatically be charged
the nonmember workshop rate if their membership status is inactive
at the time of registration.

SCHOLARSHIPS
POLICY:
MCN is pleased to offer a limited
number of full and/or partial scholarships for most events to
nonprofits with organizational operating budgets under $750,000,
to students and to nonprofit jobseekers.
To apply, please complete the registration form
associated with the event that you would like to attend and submit
it to Stephanie Haddad (stephanie@mncn.org)
in writing (email, mail or fax) at least one week
prior to the event addressing why your organization
is requesting a scholarship and how attending the workshop would
advance you and/or your organization.

EVENT
PHOTOS AND RECORDINGS POLICY:
By registering for an event, you
agree to be photographed, included in video footage, or otherwise
recorded for MCN's promotional purposes. Please contact MCN at
651-642-1904 if you have concerns in this regard.
