GETTING
A REGISTRATION FORM:
1)
Join! Minnesota Council
of Nonprofits members receive notification and registration of
all MCN events, as well as a discount on the workshop fee.
2) Register
Online. You can register online for most MCN events.
3) Download.
Most events have a registration form that can be downloaded
using AdobeAcrobat Reader.
4) Call.
Call us at 651-642-1904 or 800-289-1904 to request that a registration
form be sent or faxed to you.
5) Email. Let
us know where to send you the information by contacting us at
651-642-1904 or info@mncn.org.

HOW
TO REGISTER:

Send your completed registration form with payment, if
necessary to:

3) Fax:
Fax your completed registration form with credit card information
(see below), if necessary to: 651-642-1517.

ABOUT
ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM:
MCN is pleased to accept
online registrations for most events. Online transactions from
our reservation site are secure. You will receive immediate confirmation
of registration via email, which will also serve as a receipt
for the workshop or event.

EVENT POLICIES AND PROCEDURES:
- Please register as early as possible,
so we can have materials and refreshments for all participants.
- No confirmation will be sent.
If you register online, your emailed receipt will serve as your
confirmation. If you register by fax or mail, you will not receive
a confirmation. You will only be contacted if there is a cancellation
or change. If you have questions, please feel free to contact
us.
- Refund policy. There are
no refunds for small workshops (fee of $50 or less). There are
refunds, minus a $20 processing fee, for large workshops and conferences
(fee of $51 or more) if requested in writing at least one week
prior to the event. If you cannot attend, you may send someone
in your place. Your registration fee is non-transferable to other
workshops or publications. Any request regarding payments must
be submitted in writing.
- No telephone registrations will
be accepted. Please mail or fax all registrations. If you
fax a registration, please indicate method of payment.
SCHOLARSHIPS:
MCN is pleased to offer a limited number
full and/or partial scholarships for most events to nonprofits with
operating budgets under $250,000 or to individuals where appropriate.
To apply, please complete the registration form associated with
the event that you would like to attend and submit it with a brief
letter that addresses why your organization needs a scholarship
and how attending the workshop would benefit your and/or your organization.
