Minnesota Council of Nonprofits
Nonprofit Meeting Space Guide
Welcome to the Meeting
Space Guide for Minnesota's nonprofits!
This meeting space guide is by and for Minnesota's nonprofits. It is
dedicated any nonprofit staff person or volunteer who has ever found themselves
with the seemingly-simple responsibility of setting up a meeting with limited
time and budgets and opened up the phone book only to find an endless list of
convention centers and hotels. While those facilities have a place for some
events, in this Guide, you'll
find an amazing variety of unique meeting spaces -- from barns, to performance
spaces and art galleries, from nonprofit conference rooms to ballrooms. And the
best part? They are all operated by other nonprofits and are willing to open
their doors to you.
Use this Guide to plan committee
meetings, board meetings, galas, trainings, retreats, or parties. Those listed in the
directory are here because they submitted
information to be included in the Guide and are aware they are being listed. The guide
includes facility address and contact information, with Web sites and email
addresses, the capacity number for the room(s) available, a more descriptive
geographic location if possible, details about catering options, nonprofit
rates, AV options and the
all-important "notes/other" category. Although information included in the Guide is as
current and accurate as possible, information in this document can change at
anytime.
Corrections, Changes & Additions.
Corrections and changes to the Meeting Space Guide will only be accepted
directly from the facility.
If your nonprofit has meeting space that should be included in the
guide, contact MCN at 651-642-1904 or info@mncn.org.
Please note -- changes, additions and corrections will only be accepted
from the nonprofit with space to rent.
