Compensation
& Total Rewards
Do your pay practices reflect your employees’ performance,
or are your best and brightest toiling in outmoded pay scales? Does
your organization implement a Total Rewards plan that truly compensates
employees’ time, talent, efforts and results? What does it
take to attract and maintain the market’s top performers?
For all organizations, attracting and retaining top talent is key
in achieving mission and operating smoothly and efficiently.
You are invited
to come learn about today’s compensation and total rewards
practices to help you better manage the talent you have, while also
attracting the missing pieces to make your organization the best
it can be. Presented by Peg Hill of Stanton Group, one of MCN’s
cost savings partners, this workshop will help you tap into the
pulse of the marketplace through salary surveys and other tools
to help set robust and fair compensation and Total Rewards packages.
Be sure that your employees are being effectively rewarded for their
work! Please register early as this workshop
is limited in size.

Employee
Benefit Cost Containment
(for small organizations with fewer than 50 employees)
Many nonprofits are feeling like they are caught between a rock
and a hard place when it comes to providing benefits. Rising costs
and shrinking budgets are forcing many nonprofit employers to look
at ways to provide quality benefits with fewer resources, yet having
a robust employee benefit package is critical in attracting and
retaining quality staff.
You are invited
to come learn what can be done to contain the rising costs of health
care and other employee benefits while still providing for your
most essential asset – your workforce. You will see benchmarking
and survey data results from other employers to help you understand
and create benefits packages commensurate to the market. You’ll
also participate in a lively discussion on how other employers have
addressed this increasingly difficult issue, to what effect, and
how you can best contain and provide employee benefits for reasonable
costs. Please register early as this workshop
is limited in size.
This workshop will be offered twice, once for smaller organizations
with under 50 employees, and once for larger organizations with
50 employees or more.
